3.1. At the end of the contract term, should the client wish to transfer the website to another provider, a severance payment of £1,000 will be required. This covers the cost of preparing and transferring the site assets and ensuring compliance with all applicable terms.
4. End of Contract and Service Termination
4.1. If the contract is not renewed upon its end date, the client will lose access to all services provided by ThinkLab Agency, and the website will be deactivated. ThinkLab will not be held responsible for any loss of business or inconvenience due to the deactivation of services following contract termination.
5. Late Payment Policy
5.1. In the event of late payment, the client will be given a grace period of 5 days from the invoice date to settle the outstanding balance. If payment is not received within this timeframe, a late payment fee of 6% will be applied to the overdue balance, calculated from the original invoice date.
